1. What this service is

Sue123 is a self-help document preparation service. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and we do not represent anyone in court. By using the service you accept that you are responsible for reviewing and filing your own documents.

2. Pricing and payments

You build your case free and only pay when you decide to send the letter: $25 (certified mailing) or $50 (follow-up and final notice). Payments are per case and are not a subscription.

3. Certified mailing

We mail the letter by USPS Certified Mail to the address you provide. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses, or for postal delays.

4. No guarantees

We do not guarantee that the defendant will pay or that you will win in court. Outcomes depend on your evidence, the jurisdiction and third parties.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for legitimate claims and not to send letters for harassment, extortion or fraud.

6. Who operates this service

Sue123 is a Cafecito TECH venture (cafecitotech.com), based in Miami, Florida. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

7. If the letter is not mailed

If we cannot mail the letter, we refund the fee for that case. Once it has been mailed, the fee is non-refundable. We do not guarantee the defendant will pay.
