1. What we collect

Name, email, phone, your case story, the defendant’s address, and the files you upload as evidence.

2. How we use it

To draft and mail your letter, prepare your case file, show case status, and send related notices. We do not sell your data.

3. Who can see it

Only you, from your account. The team that operates the service can see a case in order to mail it or to help you. Your evidence is not published. We do not send it to the defendant except for what is in the letter you approve.

4. How long we keep it

While your account is active and up to 24 months after case closure, or earlier on request.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing privacy@sue123.com.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Opening your case requires a one-time code. Files stay in a private store.
