The evidence that wins a case (and the evidence that does not)

What counts as evidence

Contracts, invoices, receipts, bank statements, dated message screenshots, dated photos, emails and witnesses. What does not: your memory, your anger, and a recording with no context.

Message screenshots

Print the whole conversation with the name and number visible and the date on every message. Crop what is irrelevant, never what gives context.

Organize the file

One exhibit per topic, in chronological order, with a cover page saying what it is and what it proves. If the judge has to guess, you already lost time.

The most useful witness

Someone who was there at the handover or in the key conversation. One credible witness beats ten screenshots.
